Patient Notice - Patient Records Access

From their 13th Birthday patients will be allowed to manage their own health records. This means parent's using the online service on a child's behalf will have their access revoked, until the patient gives their consent. Children aged 13 and over can either nominate parents as a proxy user or manage the account themselves.

We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. This new policy will bring us in line with new legislation, and is intended to work in the best interest of all our patients. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our reception team.
